Senior Analog/RF IC Design Engineer - (Analog / Analogue) and Mixed-Signal - Cadence / CMOS
You will be a key contributor to the ASIC design team and will be part of multi-site multi-disciplinary customer projects, with frequent contacts to our customers and other design centres.
Salary EUR50000 - EUR70000 per annum
Your Responsibilities
- Development of RF and analogue integrated circuits in CMOS, such as LNA, PA, Mixers, Filters, VCOs, VGA/PGAs, Active filters, DAC, ADC
- Responsible for design, layout, parasitic extraction, verification and top level integration
- Presentations to customers as well as internal presentations
- Option to grow into project management and/or system architecture roles
Profile of the Senior Analogue RF IC Design Engineer - ASIC
- Engineering degree in electrical engineering or comparable
- More than 3 years of experience in hands-on experience in RF and analogue IC design and layout
- Experience with RF CMOS
- Experience with Cadence tool flow
- Experience with layout of RF circuits at GHz frequencies
- Basic knowledge of RF communication systems such as UWB or CDMA
- Experience with Agilent ADS is a plus
- Experience with MATLAB and/or Simulink is a plus
