Job duties include, but are not limited to the following
Providing analysis, logs, and resolution of highly complex technical problems relating to the installation, testing, and/or operation of Ericsson's OSS-RC related product for customers or field employees.
Problem consultation, isolation, verification, resolution, and status reporting with Ericsson's CNS organization
Stand as technical resource to colleagues and customers.

Skills and Experience

BS or MS in EE, CS, or CE or acceptable equivalent in post-secondary education and technical experience.
5+ years experience technical work in telecomunications industry.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in OSS applications.
Scripting skills and good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Strong knowledge in UNIX, Solaris, Veritas file system, Veritas Netbackup, Sybase
