Position Sr NOC Manager
Total experience 12+ yrs

Job Description

Responsible for NOC O&M, ensure KPI/SLA achievement.
Responsible for deployment of O&M tool and process.
Responsible for establishment and improvement of O&M emergency planning.
Manage the performance and efficiency of NOC and make recommendations as appropriate for improvement of process to result in increased customer satisfaction and resource efficiency.
Monitor daily performance on all roles to ensure proper process is being followed.
Provide first level 24x7x365 support.
Provide second level support and escalation
Assist customers to correctly identify the source of their problems and troubleshooting.

Desired Candidate

Bachelors degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
Energetic and studious be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
At least 8 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with network operation & maintenance. Candidates with operator experience are preferred.
Possess strong technical knowledge and proficiency with wireless.
Possess working knowledge of all NOC monitoring tools.
Mature and positive attitudes strong sense of quality able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills.
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
