DCM LTE Lab Engineer - Urgent Vacancy

Responsibilities

The DCM LTE Lab Engineer is responsible for

Keeping the DCM LTE lab in good condition, including simulators and automated test environment.

Identify risk areas and potential technical problems, and report these to the Test Configuration Manager.

Actively support the Test Configuration Manager in lab related issues.

Work Tasks

Work tasks of DCM LTE Lab Engineer are

To drive to get technical issues related to lab equipment to a solution.

To participate in project meetings if needed.

To assist the Test Configuration Manager in root cause analysis related to lab issues.

To support the overall establishment of automated test environment.

Authorities

The DCM LTE Lab Engineer is authorized to

Plan his/her work within the frames given by his/her line manager and the Test Configuration Manager.

Give recommendations related to lab equipment and set-up.

Competence Requirements, Knowledge and Skill Requirements

In order to perform work the DCM LTE Lab Engineer should have

Professional Requirements

University degree

Good knowledge of system integration/verification

Good experience of LTE test environment

Good knowledge of test tools, simulators and automated test environment

Business Requirements

Good understanding of Ericsson\'s processes

Good knowledge of docomo processes and way of working

Good coordination skills

Human Requirements

Good team player

Strong initiative ability

Experience Requirements

In order to perform work tasks the DCM LTE Lab Engineer should have

Integration/verification lab experience, as well as related tools and simulators.

Preferably more than 2 years experience in WCDMA/LTE verification

Additional requirements

In order to perform work tasks the DCM LTE Lab Engineer should have

The possibility to travel for a few days in a row

The possibility to adapt to flexible working hours
