Details Currently we have an opening for Project Quality Control Manager with our client in Qatar. It is a permanent position. Please find below the job description

This Manager will be responsible for but not limited to below items,

1- Develop and implement the process for quality control of various projects including FTTH project
2- Asses site implementation, documentation and procedural quality of subcontractor site and document controller teams in coordination with site engineers and implementation managers
3- Present weekly quality KPIs and the evaluation with evidences for the assessment undertaken.
4- Propose and drive improvement measures to increase the quality of deployment of various projects including FTTH project
5- Communicate with senior management and with customer regarding quality assurance.
6- Identify pain points and improvement plan

An ideal candidate will possess below qualifications,

1- At least 5 years of quality management proven experience in various projects.
2- Formal knowledge of six sigma processes and the phenomenon which ensures to achieve defect-free delivery of project processes and ultimately the final product (in terms of project deliverables / site implementation)
3- Possess basic technical and procedural knowledge of FTTx deployments (OSP, domestic and business installs).
4- Possess advanced presentation preparation and delivery skills.
5- Experience in internal stakeholders and customers expectation management.
6- Project delivery experience especially Fibre to the Home including domestic installs will be an added bonus.
