Job Description

Perform validation testing of interface, messaging and protocol layers of supplier RAN LTE equipment. Execute validation test cases for new features, replicating test scenarios, aid in regular test regression cycles. Setup and operate test platforms. Provide written documentation of progress/resolution of issues found. Provide written progress reports on testing, major issues, and adherence to program schedules.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Understanding of UMTS and LTE switching concepts including RAN Signaling and Interface Tools
Ericsson/Lucent RAN experience
Ericsson/ALU platforms experience
Ability to adopt new testing techniques and tools in a timely fashion
Able to self-organize and drive tasks from beginning to end (with no or little supervision).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer/reporting skills, including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision
Highly motivated self-starter able to work under aggressive project schedules.

Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science, BSEE or BSEET or related technical disciplines
