Details Dekolink Americas is searching for a highly-skilled Customer Service Engineer in the Houston, TX area. This position is based in Montgomery, TX with Travel expectations of up to 25%.

Candidates must possess the following attributes:
- 2-5 years of experience in the Wireless industry.
- Thorough knowledge of technologies in the Wireless Carriers (TDMA, GSM, UMTS, CDMA and iDen) and Public Safety (Trunk radios, LMR, UHF, VHF) fields.
- Customer care experience (customer calls, trouble tickets, resolutions)
- Capable of RF design and implementation.
- RF In-Building experience.
- Can develop a tracking program for Customer Service calls received.
- Able to report call statistics to management as needed.
- Field service experience highly desirable.
- Strong technical analysis, interpretation, and decision making skills.
- Good communication skills - written and oral.
