Our client is a leading telecom operator in the region and right now having IMMEDIATE resource requirement of Manager Sales Support in Kabul Afghanistan.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing consumer Sales strategies, systems and processes.
Conduct analysis of customer data for performance and identification of new business and customer opportunities.
Develop and monitor sales targets, bundle plans, regional sales teams, and policies for regional dealers, retail shops and sales force.
Requirements

Bachelors in relevant field, (preferably a Masters).
Min 8 years of relevant experience preferably in Telecom.
Demonstrated track record of Sales success & uplift.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proven leadership abilities.
Prior experience in managing and mentoring a large team.
Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills.
