. 3G WCDMA Radio Network, Transport & physical Layer protocol stacks
. Sound knowledge and troubleshooting (O&M)skills in RBS 3000 family HW/SW Architecture & Product Knowledge
. Sound knowledge and troubleshooting (O&M)skills in RBS 6000 family HW/SW Architecture & Product Knowledge
. Sound knowledge and troubleshooting (O&M)skills for RNC 3810/3820 HW/SW Architecture & Product Knowledge
. Sound troubleshooting skills for both IP & ATM RAN nodes
. Good understanding of IP RAN Configuration
. Good understanding of Ethernet and IP Suite
. Good understanding of ATM RAN Configuration
. Good skills and knowledge in EMAS/Moshell/COLI Commands
. O&M Routine maintenance ( both preventive and corrective)for RNC & RBSs
. Routine audit and reporting skills
. Coordination and Liaising with all concerned stake holders
. Internal & External escalations as required
. Familiar with acceptance of new 3G sites , IP RAN scopes and integration
. Able to interface and update higher management on esclations and related issues as required
. Excellentunderstanding of Moshell/AMOS and Scripting

. LTE Overview
. Operation and maintenance on RBS & APG
. AXE hardware faults ( CP,RP & APG40). APG40 health ckeck, audit & trouble report.
. Ericsson RBS 2000,2106,2260 & Micro cell 2308 integration, trouble shooting & Fault maintenance
. Good experience in using OSS tools ALV,ALB,ASM,CHA,EMAM,BSM,CNA,SMO.
. Basic knowledge RF components in RBS,SDH/PDH Transmission, 3G WCDMA KPIs/Performance issues.
. Knowledge of trouble shooting skills for transmission issues IP & ATM RAN RBS
. Knowledgem of RBS rebuilt from scratch using Wizards and Scripts
. Perl/SQL scripting are highly desired
. Ericsson Organizational and business knowledge
