Morson International is looking for a WRAN MS Engineer to work in South America, starting immediately.

Job Description
WRAN MS Engineer for Operation and Maintenance of RAN and WRAN nodes on Ericsson networks.
Typical Operation and Maintenance tasks such as system monitoring, fault management (both hardware and software) are at the core of the job.
Execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual O&M routines.
Perform Preventive and Corrective routines (both hardware and software).
Occasional system installation, integration and configuration are required.
The job implies constant communication with the costumer in responding to their requests and inquiries, and knowledge transfer.
The job implies eventually traveling along the country to attend O&M.
The job also implies temporal 24 x 7 availability and to work under pressure.

Qualification (formal education needed)
BS in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Requested competence
At least 5 years of Experience in Operation & Maintenance or similar duties
Good knowledge in RAN and WRAN, (Network nodes GSM and WCDMA).
Work experience in BSC, RBS, RNC, RXI, node-B.
Good Knowledge in RF parameters, planning.
Good Knowledge in APZ and AXE 810 hardware.
Good Knowledge in BSC, RBS, RXI, RNC and Node-B.
Good Knowledge in Transmission networking.
Excellent Knowledge in IP networking.
Experience in field maintenance O&M routines.
Good Knowledge of the Ericssons Product Portfolio.
Excellent Troubleshooter and very good initiative and capacity to solve problems.
Good Skills for transfer the knowledge.
Spanish and English proficiency.
