GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Operations carry out all non centralised activities, primarily Maintenance & Upgrades and includes functions Telecom, e.g. Fixed & Mobile, and non Telecom functions, e.g. Electro/Mechanical & Site

1. Leadership, Management & Employee Motivation of Field Operations organization
2. Responsible for all Field Teams*
3. Responsible for Field Operations escalations
4. Responsible for Field Operations Reporting
5. Responsible for Field Operations Budgeting
6. Responsible for physical acceptance of Network & Premises
7. Ensures Field Operations Tools capability needs
8. Ensures Field Operations processes and procedures are enforced, regularly reviewed and updated
9. Ensures Field Operations operational performance levels to SLA/OLA applicable
10. Supports 3rd Party SLA Management
11. Liaises with Field Operations subcontractors & 3rd parties
12. Liaison for escalated Field Operations matters
13. Undertake special assignments to resolve Network Operations issues
14. Ensures security of the Field Operations offices and premises
15. Supports Outage Reporting and takes management of follow-up actions
16. Provides Field Operations monthly reports to Network Operations Manager
