Details GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for performing first level support to operation and maintenance activities on access nodes (BSS and RAN network).
2. Have good working experience in radio access network elements and systems.
3. Coordination of day to day operation and maintenance activities of BTS, Transmission and power equipment.
4. Scheduling RF optimization routes and coordinate corrective maintenance based on Optimization analysis
Management of Preventive and corrective Maintenance of cell site equipment.
5. Manage a group of technical personals in guiding and directing them in a planned way to carry out maintenance functions
6. To minimize outage time and achieve BSS network availability target within committed SLA and KPI.
7. To handle all maintenance related issues for respective region. (This includes BSS, Microwave and Electrical Maintenance).
8. To keep inventory for the spare parts and consumables
Preparation of weekly progressive, man hours utilization and technical reports


JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years experience in vendor or operator environment
2. Good technical support skills of BSS, Microwave, Radio products
3. Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering
4. Team Player (Ability to work in a team and contribute to the team spirit in a positive manner)
5. Inovative and creative
6. Self driven, result oriented, good coordination skill
