Details Currently we have an opening for Procurement Expert with our client in Italy. It is a permanent position and client is looking for locals. Please find below the job description


The incumbent is mainly responsible for performing Procurement bid and supplier selection for major projects. Details are as follows


Responsibilities


1. Organize and plan important commercial negotiations and achieve negotiation targets.
2. Organize certification and management of important suppliers and projects.
3. Systematically analyze market trends and establish corresponding measures.
4. Timely and correctly discover problems in procurement and related business flows, proposing improvement suggestions.
5. Plan important commercial negotiations and achieve negotiation targets.



Experiences & Qualifications


1. Rich experience in procurement qualification
2. Strong customer orientation
3. Ability in negotiating and delivering schedules
4. Mature and positive attitudes able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
5. Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills.
6. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.


Environmental Conditions


Typical office environments, expected to undertake considerable global travel in course of duties
