Currently we have an opening for HR Vice Director with our client in Italy. It is a permanent position. Please find below the job description
Assist HR Director to fulfill the following job responsibilities
1. According to company human resources policies and value orientation, combined with departmental business strategy, assist in organizing and implementing human resource strategy, providing human resources services and support business objectives. (Providing Services and Support)
2. According to company principle of human resource recruitment and allocation, organize and analyze business situation, assisting department head to review and approve of staff planning Make use of company unified recruitment platform, based on overall arrangements of human resources department, involved in organizing, implementing and monitoring of recruitment within the department to meet business needs. (Recruitment & Allocation)
4. Able to lead localization efforts to other regions around the globe, encompassing leadership development, learning, delegation of authority matrix, local audit function, team building, cross-cultural development, English language skill building and usage at HQ and Regions, and other areas.
5. Establish leadership development plans making use of company evaluation criteria and main tools for leadership management, in terms of successor development, on-job training, performance management, managers appraisal, assist to develop, individual development plans (IDP), select and use of employee assist business leaders to carry out the use of high profile talent, solve common platform existing problems to enhance the effectiveness and value of using high profile talent.
6. Communicate with staff, identify and solve problems of human resources policies and systems in the business, providing information and advice for the improvement of human resources system(Discovery, problem solving, providing information and advice)
7. Use survey results, based on internal and external environment changes and departments business requirements, to assist department head to promote and carry out various activities to improve morale and team building. (Organization Culture Construction)
8. Assist in daily administrative affairs and exceptional events handling, to promote the smooth running of department business. (Routine Management and Exceptional Management)
Job Requirements
1. HR Generalist with at least 20 years experience
2. Experience at least at VP, HR level working with senior business leaders
3. Built leadership development program in global company
4. Experience in at least one company with localization/globalization efforts
5. Have built HR capability in global organizations
6. Led change management efforts in large scale organizational change
7. Prefer some experience in M&A globally
8. Prefer experience in recruiting executives.
