Details 2G/3G planning / Optimization Engineer - Russia

Russian speaking preferred (must have Huawei experience)

Make the network audit based on traffic statistic, DT log analysis and subscriber complain.
Workout the optimization solution to improve the GSM network performance.
Implement the optimization solution to reach the acceptance standard list in the contract.

Technical requirements
Be familiar with UMTS/HSPA technology theory knowledge
Be familiar with UMTS/HSPA RRM/HO algorithm
Have at least five years experience with UMTS/HSPA optimization project and have successful optimization case.
UMTS/HSPA traffic KPI analysis and optimization.
Experience with UMTS DT software using, log analysis and RF tuning.
Experience with UMTS equipments and operation like RNC and NodeB
