Experience Required

Define & set up of resource management routines, schedules and reporting templates based on goals and priorities defined by Operations management.
Coordinate work with other work areas. -Planning of work for back office and front office based on main goals and priorities defined by operations management.
Prepare and implement resource configuration data changes for end user activation, restoration and/or dependability performance optimization.
2nd level restoration of resource layer functionality
Collect and analyse resource performance data and ensure that appropriate short-term measures for optimization are taken to secure that resource performance meets specified dependability criteria.
Provide resource performance reporting with adequate information i.e. root cause analysis, to enable stakeholders to determine appropriate long-term resource improvements.
Reactive Maintenance tasks
Acknowledge alarms
Determine alarm severity
Determine source of alarm
Perform diagnostics
Attempt equipment recovery
Determine group involvement
Replace faulty hardware
Performance management tasks
Create performance reports of packet core nodes.
Analyze of Reports and recommended changes.
Data handling tasks
o Work with execution of data translations changes
o Work with parameter configuration changes
o Routine and preventive maintenance tasks
o Ensure maintenance of correct software levels
o Verify that procedures for ensuring System and data integrity are established
