Details We are is searching for
-A Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus at least five years of telecommunications experience.
-At least 3 years in Customer Support or similar position.
-Excellent technical trouble shooting skills,
Plex and ASA,
-Good written and spoken English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
-Work experience with various products in GRAN Domain (BSC/BTS/TRC) preferably Technical Support roles.
-Should have in-depth knowledge about GRAN nodes and respective functionality,
-Should have excellent knowledge about interfaces and protocols.
-Should have exposure/knowledge on various technologies supported by Ericsson. (E.g. GPRS, EDGE, , GSM etc)
-Understand Ericsson\'s processes, knowledge of Ericsson structure

-Technical Trouble Shooting
-Emergency handling process
-System update process

We will cover work permits, if needed, medical insurance and a management fee of $500 per month.
