Details We are currently searching for Senior support Engineer OSS
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus at least five years of telecommunications experience.
-Vast experience with technical trouble shooting
-Excellent level of written and spoken English, other languages are a plus

Technical Skills

-CSR handling process
-Technical Trouble Shooting
-Emergency handling process
-System update process
-OSS-RC product knowledge
-PROPS-C A
-RSG
-KCS/Primus
-Services Engineer Experienced (Ericsson certification) will be an advantage
-SMS
-Software Update Management

Basic knowledge

-OSS-RC product knowledge
-SysAdmin Solaris
-SysAdmin Veritas
-SysAdmin Sybase
-Veritas HA Cluster
-Veritas Netbackup


We will cover work permits, if needed, medical insurance and a management fee of $500 per month.
