- sourcing/headhunting Telecom skill sets ranging from RF Engineers, Project Managers, Service Engineers, Field Technicians etc..
-networking in the Dallas/Plano/Fort Worth area with Telecom proffesionals
-building candidate pipelines for future required technical skill sets
-interviewing candidates
-closing of candidates

Requirements
-5+ years of TELECOM specific experience
-strong background in sourcing technical skill sets through a variety of typical recruiting channels
-comfortability with cold calling/headhunting directly from competitors
-excellent interpersonal and communication skills
