Erricson Technical Experience
o Should have excellent command on Radio Network tuning and design procedures and techniques.
o Should have very good experience on RNO (OSS V-R1G, Like FAS, FOX,MRR,NCS,NOX) to create Cell/BSC level measurement jobs to assist in routine optimization
o Implementation of RF parameter changes & modifications using COMMAND HANDLING and CNA (Cellular Network architecture).
o Monitoring of daily busy hour statistics, CELL & BSC Level, using NWS tool Business Object (V 6.5 SP2). Highlighting and solving worst performers .
o Very sound experience of MAP INFO & MCOM (V-8.0).
o Extensive Knowledge of EBA (Plug in of R-PMO, OSS V-R1G), to examine the real time radio statistics of a cell in a network.
o Knowledge of main ERICSSON features involving creating and modification of Sub cell, HCS (Hierarchical Cell Structure), CLS (Cell Load Sharing) AW (Assignment to Worse), Dynamic MS/BTS Power Control, AMR.
o Knowledge of GPRS and EDGE
o Knowledge of PMR (Performance Measurement Recordings, OSS V-R1G), to examine the cell behavior, recordings include CER (Channel Event Recording), CTR (Cell traffic Recording).
o Knowledge of drive test analysis of Voice and Data using TEMS V 8.1.
o Submission of KPI dashboard reports to management, Weekly-Presentations concerning Optimization progress

ALU Technical Experience
o Should have experience BSS release B9
o Should have excellent command on Radio Network tuning and design procedures and techniques.
o Should have very good experience on parameters and new features
o Optimizing RF related parameters such as HSN, MAIO, BCCH and frequency retuning by analyzing drive logs
o Performance stats/KPI analysis for TCH, SD drop calls, TCH, SDCCH congestion, location Area update, handover success rate and paging.
o Analyzing and optimizing handover performance, adjusting handoff parameters, AMR parameters and different timer values to minimize DCR in network.
o Traffic analysis and capacity planning
o Daily monitoring of OSS reports to analyze the Radio network performance to verify the Radio utilization, blocking (TCH/SDCCH), assign failures etc. & take corrective steps to achieve the optimum KPI.
o Knowledge of GPRS and EDGE
o Knowledge of drive test analysis of Voice and Data using TEMS V 8.1.

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities
Manage network design and tuning activities in the project to ensure fulfilment of contractual targets and customer expectations within Cost baseline.
1 Ensure appropriate claim management and quality standards for delivering the Network Design & Tuning services in scope
Key Tasks
Sales phase
Prepare and align project delivery timelines for Network Design deliverables
Assist in Identify and evaluate Risks (in relation to the requested KPIs and timeframe)
1 Delivery Phase
Establishes the NPO organization and defines all responsibilities & scopes of work for project team
Determines necessary software, tooling & equipment (e.g. maps, cars etc.)
Management of all network planning staff (in-house and outsourced)
Ensures implementation of cost reducing measures (e.g. outsourcing, subcontracting)
Manages the Network Planning process according the defined time schedule
Supervises milestone status reporting towards internal management and customer
Continuous identification, evaluations and tracking of risks (performances and project delivery timelines)
Ensure alignment with other Service Lines for Network Design delivery and Customer Network Acceptances
Responsible for the successful acceptance of all Network Planning work by the customer in accordance with the scope of work, the defined timeframe and costs
Defines and Clarifies all issues related to network design with customer
Manage Customer requirements and expectation (including claim management)
Provide periodic project resource forecast to Resource Manager
Requirements
o Minimum qualification National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
o Ideal qualification B-Tech or BSC degree
o Preferably PMP or equivalent certification
o Minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunications
o Preferable experienced in Project/Planning management
