Details For one of our clients we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager

Main responsibilities

End to end architecture design activities in a Mobile Telecoms environment
Managing the Development & Deployment of Services within the Multi Service Proxy (MSP)
Managing Development & Deployment of Technical Solutions/Architectures
Design experience within a MSP or Web/Wap Proxy Technology Framework

Required skills

Know-how on http, html, User Agent Detection, Application Level Optimization & Control
Know-how on Mobile Telco Environments 3G & GPRS (GGSN, MSP, CAS, WWP)
Know-how on data communications TCP/IP, Internet protocols (RTSP/RTCP/HTTP/SSL), as well as IP infrastructure and Authorisation, Authentication & Accounting (AAA)
Fluent English

Required Experience

Project management experience working in a Mobile Telco Environment (WAP and Web service deployment)
Strong background in mobile network technology (GPRS, 3G, Internet Protocols)
Deep experience in design, development and deployment data services and architectures
Experience of working within a multi-cultural team
