Details Currently we are looking for Account Service Manager.

Duration 1-2 years fixed term contract.
Location Middle East

The candidate should have

1. Good understanding of service solutions.
2. Good understanding of regional/country telecom market from the perspectives of technical, financial and O&M.
3. Excellent communication capability with high-level customers of Telecom Operators.

Responsibilities includes

1. Service sales project management project initiation and planning, offer development, contract negotiation and management.
2. Local service market management strategy decoding, set market target and development strategy, customer/project DMC (decision making chain) analysis.
3. Service sales leads to opportunities management.
4. Routine DMC customers visit and relation maintenance.
5. Arrange SSPR with DMC customers.
6. Collect and analyze customer assessment and opinions to service sales and delivery by mini-scorecard.
7. Distribute and manage customer satisfaction problem by GCRMS.
