Details Our customer is an international telecoms vendor. They require 2 Service Managers to manage the operational relationship based on contractual SLA's between our client and it's customers. One in Mumbai and the other in New Delhi.
- SLA and KPI management / adherence / tracking
- Control / maintain support contracts database
- Ensure escalation processes are in place
