Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all project initiation, implementation unto closure phases.

Advise management on appointment of sufficient qualified, equipped and experienced technical staff for all specialized fields of the work to meet client expectations on quality and schedule. Ensure that all required resources are assigned to the project and clearly tasked.

Prepare quality procedures and manual for projects and train personnel on same Supervise all technical designs and As-Built Documentation with required certificates. Control quality on work and material/equipment. Collate all field reports from project managers (PM)

Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of tender response and business proposals for new projects.

Oversight and management responsibilities of the construction of physical construction of the cell sites and managed services.

Prepare regular updates and send same to customer on regular intervals. Escalate problematic and knotty issues technical, financial and legal to all concerns.

Interact with the client to know the standards and specifications for the project and should be able to pass the information down to all concerns.

Document the project plan and quality plan.

Prepare and serve round the project inspection forms, change order request forms and many other forms that will be needed for documentation and clarifications.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports of all activities including project milestone completion reports.

Manage day-to-day issues through regular interaction with the staffs.

Identify the scope of the project and set them into phases and cycles based on the approval of the management.

Report project status and performance (with respect to schedule, cost, quality and risk) to the management. Monitor actual progress against the project plan and manage project inter-dependencies.

Recommend to the management for engagement of experienced sub-contractors for all specialized fields of the work to meet client expectations on quality and schedule. Monitor actual progress against the project plan.

Ensure quality of all site-build activities. Ensure safety standards are met and ensure compliance with the processes and standards identified by the project quality plan.
