Details Accountability to provide synchronized planning schedules among the various entities involved in the project (i.e. R4 Core and NT-HLR change/roll out, Radio access expansion/roll out to coordinate with NRD and BSS/RF on all sites ready for integration, all projects that involve any Yakatoot installations of other network entities like VSAT/MW, Core/MSC/MGW, IN/VAS, BSS, POWER, AC, etc )
Responsible to achieve the objective of the project with minimal delays and decreased costing for budget.
Notify Sr. Business Operations Manager whenever there is a delay in project, cost impact, potential schedule impact
Develop the necessary process and procedures that are required in implementing the specific, multi taking projects as identified by Sr. Business Operations Manager.
Implement the special projects within the agreed schedule and ensuring that budgets are monitored and control.
Supervise and lead the reporting staff that will ensure the efficiency of each team member.
Coordinate the evaluation of quality of workmanship, material, and scheduling of the various subcontractors, and vendors.
Projects manage the equipment vendor(s) activities and drive projects to timely completion.
Institute scheduled meetings.
Monitor and coordinate the capital expenditures of the various projects.
Provide project reports, timelines (MS Project) and any other periodic report that may be required. Weekly schedules to be prepared and submitted to Sr. Business Operations Manager.
Implement changes in procedures or processes when necessary in order to become more efficient and economical.
Prepare RFQs, review proposals, and participate in negotiations as required to award contracts for various support services and equipment.
Interface with other internal departments that may be required for support, etc.
Assist in developing cross-functional interactions to other technical departments.
Manage special projects as directed. Work and communicate effectively with technical staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of AWCC.
Demonstrate leadership and guidance to a diverse group of dynamic staff personnel
