Details Minimum 2.5 years of experience within the same field
-Very good experience in 2G/3G RF KPI monitoring and analysis using KPI monitoring tools. Experience in NSN systems are preferred.
-Very good experience in parameter tuning and software features.
-Very good experience in monitoring and analyzing 2G and 3G traffic utilization and congestion and taking preventive/corrective actions on time.
-Very good experience in frequency retune neighbor optimization, and antenna optimization.
-Very good experience in 2G/3G drive test tool as TEMS and Nemo
-Good knowledge/experience in RF planning and RF capacity planning
-Good experience in MS Excel, MS Access, Mapinfo, Visual Basic, and skill to develop S/W tools.
-Young and energetic
