Details Revenue Assurance Manager
Leading the team in performing end-to-end reviews of revenue processes to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, systems and business processes to curb revenue leakages and/or maximize revenue
Leading the team in performing investigations on internal and external fraud
Leading the team in conducting research and analysis on the impact and possible fraud risk of new and upcoming technologies
Developing, implementing, and optimizing the Compliance policies
Prepares a detailed report to communicate findings and remediation plans after completing the Business Rules Review.
Ensuring that all potential revenue is captured on a daily basis and that fraud and abuse prevention measurements are carried out companywide
Detecting fraudulent customer transactions on all revenue streams to prevent revenue leakage
Working with network operations and 3rd Party vendors on fraud and compliance issues
Liaising with all the concerned groups for all fraud prevention related issues
Following up on reported issues identified by team members to ensure proper implementation
Working with local teams to review revenue policies, processes and procedures and providing recommendations for improvement
Preparing ad hoc reports and conducting investigation on fraud issues as requested by higher management
