Prepare, review and analyze financial and management reports
Participate in development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Ensuring that financial and operating variances are analyzed and making suggestions for corrective action.
Performing investigations and analysis as required by the senior managers of the company.
Ensure payments/commitments for capital and revenue expenses are in accordance with the approval limits and approved policies.
Coordination of AWCCs annual budgeting process and the production of the budget pack.
Ensuring that the assets owned by AWCC (particularly cash) are effectively safeguarded.
Ensuring that the companys financial records are accurately maintained and that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.
Ensure that Postings and accounting entries in ERP are done correctly.
Ensure that an effective and efficient system of internal control is functioning well at all times.
Managing the production of statutory accounts and the audit process.
Administer and maintain ERP of the company. Maintain all chart of accounts in ERP.
Provide management leadership which positively impacts team, organization and results with special emphasis on staff optimization, training, coaching process to the subordinates.
Develop self and own team members and provide coaching to others to ensure they achieve results using appropriate processes, systems and tools
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director Finance.
Working Experience in ERP SAGE ACCPAC would be a preference other similar ERPs will also be given consideration.
