Position Consultant
Starting date ASAP

Main Duties and Responsibilities
2G and 3G Radio engineering principles design and roll out
Propagation models
Simulation tools (Asset)
Power budget
2G Frequency plans, 3G codes plans
RF Site survey for acquisition, RF site audit for acceptance
Engineering and roll out processes specifications
Team organization and management
Roll out monitoring
RF specifications (antennas, feeders, RRU)
Network documentation specifications


Skills and Experience required
More than 10 years experience as project manager or equivalent
