Requirements/Responsibilities
Good experience in RedHat Linux, Unix, LDAP is a must
Good knowledge in HP hardware, and telecommunication protocol SIP, Gx/Gy interfaces and M3UA
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Database administration skill is a plus
Knowledge in Mobile networking technologies Intelligent Network, MMSC/Wap Gateway in GSM, GPRS, 3G is an advantage
Telco broadband optimization and messaging knowledge
Exposure in customer support with ability to coordinate central operational support.
Possess at least Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
