Details For one of our customer, we are currently looking for a Chief Commercial Officer.

Permanent position
Starting ASAP
Country Namibia


Basic Functions
Responsible for the sales, customer operations and marketing functions

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of the company
Responsible for the approval of the short and long term marketing plans
Responsible for the negotiation of the major corporate deals and handling the VIP profiles Responsible for the approval of the pricing and positioning of the company\'s products Participate in the preparation of the business plans for the company
Follow up on the daily sales achievements and report to the CEO on a regular basis
Receive regular reports comparing the actual sales versus the budgeted sales
Suggest corrective actions in case the sales is below the budget
Carry on and responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure the compliance with the budget set
Responsible for the overall performance of the customer operations department
Follow up on the regular reports generated from the customer operations department concerning the activation status, new adds, customer complains.etc.
Responsible for the achievement of the departments KPIs and its regular reports

Qualifications and Skills
Advanced skills & knowledge in MS-Office applications including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent command in English, both written and verbal

Experience
15 years of work experience and at least five years in a permanent position in the commercial field for a telecom operator

Education
Bachelors / Masters degree from reputable universities with excellent academic results
