Details For one of our customer, we are currently looking for Senior RF Optimization Engineers.

Position Consultant
Starting date ASAP until end of Q2, extension possibility
Language skills English, French highly recommended


Main Duties and Responsibilities

The organization will delivered optimization activities for the client technical direction.
These optimization activities will concern drop calls and capacity issues.
The required Utran Experts will have to
Analyze through counters and/or Drive tests the current client status of network in the concerned domain
Propose Methodologies adapted to the previously detected issues, based on parameter changes, RF optimization, HW modifications
Implement these methodologies
Assess the results
Ensure network Key Performance Indicators are better than before the beginning of the optimization phase.

These senior Engineer positions on these projects will have regular meeting with the customer where they will be challenged on their results and methodologies.


Skills and Experience required

Mandatory Strong experience in 3G system and RF optimization.
Very good knowledge of ALU Utran
Highly recommended Knowledge of Couei Tools (XCAP) and NPO OSS monitoring
Preferred Knowledge of tektronix or Astellia probes
