Our customer is a leading and growing international mobile telecoms vendor who supply telecoms solutions to tier 1 and 2 operators worldwide. Their solutions include IN, Billing, VAS, Messaging and VoIP platforms. A very good opportunity for a motivated Engineering Manager to grow quickly with this fast developing and higly successful organisation.
This role offers the potential for rapid career growth, a challenging, stimulating and rewarding role with a very reputable organisation. They require an Operations Engineering Manager who has excellent staff management skills along with a good technical background in telecoms. Your role is to initially manage a team of 15-20 Engineers plus Team Leaders who provide operational support (and some deployment) to their India wide mobile telecoms operators customers. The team will also grow substantially over the coming year 60 plus by Q3.
