Details NPI Minimum 6 years experience in NPI projects, from which 4 years should be in UMTS NPI Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL) Experience optimizing network using statistics Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred) Ericsson experience preferred. Past Leadership experience in atl east 4 projects. Candidates have to be flexible to travel.
