Details Candidate must have the following minimum skills - Minimum 6 years in RF experience, with minimum 4-3 years in UMTS or CDMA - Past leadership experience in at least 2 projects - Detailed understanding of the link budget - Good experience with a planning tool (Asset3G, Planet EV, Atoll, TCPU etc.) - Good understanding of the inputs required to create a new project - Have used an ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tool - Excellent understanding of the design principals (how to optimize, and what to measure) - Good understanding of Monte Carlos Analysis - Experience in Scrambling Code and Neighbor planning - Able to work alone without supervision - Able to identify and interpret customer requirements, and develop plans to address them - Flexible to travel within the US - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient with MapInfo, MS Office
