POSITION SUMMARY
This position plays an integral role within the Global Cultural Programs (GCP) team to provide comprehensive value in diversity and inclusion (D&I). This position will be responsible for creating and driving innovative initiatives to realize and accelerate the GCP strategy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role is accountable for integrating diversity and inclusion into the way RIM operates. This position will be responsible for the following
Create, plan, implement, and measure sustainable impacts of innovative initiatives which further enable global diversity and inclusion strategy, Human Resources strategic imperatives and the RIM business objectives
Collaborate with broad spectrum of stakeholders to integrate D&I value into RIM structures, systems, and practices impacting the workforce, community, and marketplace.
Coach and advise employees at all levels and in multiple international regions on a variety of D&I topics, challenges, and opportunities
Partner with assigned business units and international regional units to identify D&I relevant opportunities that add mutually beneficial business value to the unit and the GCP strategy work closely with the business to provide insight, resources, tools, and actions to advance diversity-related goals within the context of the business plan.
Understand how regulations associated with diversity affect the organization and partner with stakeholders to maintain compliance.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Qualifications
Solid experience and demonstrated results with diversity and inclusion in a dynamic and complex environment
Internal consulting and coaching experience
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as a member of a team to deliver results on time
Global mindset built on experience working in a global organization with global stakeholders
Proven success in building effective and sustainable partnerships across organizational units
Knowledge of diversity and equity legislation and legal practices

Desired Qualifications
Experience in the role of corporate liaison with external vendors, community partners, etc.
Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline desired
Human Resources experience and/or direct or indirect commercial experience (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Support/Service) demonstrating understanding of markets, competitors, customers and D&I implications a plus.
