Working for an international mobile telecoms solutions vendor your background will have been in running a Professional Services division within mobile telecoms for a telecoms vendor. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an established, expanding and successful organisation.

Headline Role Objectives
To lead and grow the professional services business within South West Asia through

1.Building a set of innovative, profitable Professional Services propositions incorporating Managed Services, Customisation and Consultancy services
2.Build a software customisation factory through a third party provider

3. Align and work with sales to drive incremental revenues and profits from Professional Services

4. Accountable, for the leadership, management execution of Professional Services, meeting the expectations of customers and to the required quality standards

Business Priorities

Establish, build, own the Managed Service proposition - implement the required, structure, processes for the current contracts - ensure appropriate level of customer satisfaction
Define a repeatable proposition that meets market price points yet delivers profitable return
Establish a partnership with a partner and increase the local skills and capability to extend the Professional Services portfolio.
Take a lead role with sales on all Professional Services opportunities
