Role
General Responsibilities Responsible for leading the after-sales team for the project implementation and delivery phase. Responsible for the delivery of the project within time, cost and quality as defined in accordance to contract, and applicable laws, rules and regulations as well as company internal policies, processes and procedures. Responsibility Details, Co-operation with and support for the pre-sales bidding team during bidding and contract negotiation phases such as preparation of project management bidding documents. Preparation of Project Documents such as but not limited to Project Plan, Project Schedule, Project Communication Matrix, Project Risk Analysis Preparation of Project Budget Preparation of human resource planning Responsible for the definition, preparation, implementation and control of project specific processes and procedures Responsible for implementation and control of, for the project applicable standard processes and procedures Responsible to set-up, organize and manage the project team Managing the project from the project initiation up to project closing Management of network / network element / service delivery acceptance and collection of acceptance certificates Management of sub-contractors and evaluation of sub-contractor performance in the content of the project Evaluation of sub-ordinates performance in co-operation with the responsible line manager and HR Responsible for project reporting in accordance to contractual definition and standards, as well as company internal standards and definitions Responsible for the review and control of the project progress Responsible for the review and control of the project cost and budget Responsible for the management of the project documentation Responsible for the co-operation and its management with all for the project relevant company internal departments and organizations Responsible for the corperation and its management with for the project relevant external organizations and persons Responsible for project related communication with the customer in accordance to defined standardsResponsible to customer relationship building and maintenance within the content of the project. Delivery of project in accordance to defined budget Delivery of project in accordance to defined scheduleDelivery of project in accordance to defined quality (for example but not limited to, project and site documentation quality, system implementation quality, network quality, ) In time submission of site and project documentation In time collection of acceptance certificates
Work relationships Superior After-Sales Department Director of Representative Office Sub-ordinates For the project assigned team members Reports to After-Sales Department Director of Representative Office, Responsible Account Manager, all project sponsors

Know how in the area of telecoms projects Overview knowledge of telecoms products and technologies Project Management training Leadership and management training Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control Know how in the area of competence transfer. Work experience. Minimum level of education. Bachelor degree or similar education in the field of computer or telecommunication science Or proven track record as Project Manager in Telecommunication or IT deployment projects. Required Certifications. Relevant project management certificate e.g. Prince 2, PMP, PMI or a relevant university study. Social competences. Flexible Open minded Adaptive Able to withstand high work pressure and stress. Team worker High sense of responsibility
Language skills Fluent English language capabilities Other language as in accordance to the market requirement (Czech or Slovakian)

Travel requirements. Fixed Short-term trip Long-term trips, Business trips within the CE region in accordance to Project needs may be required.
