Overview of the role of IP mobile broadband Solutions Architect (UK citizens or have the right to work in the UK)
To provide Solutions Architect expertise to telecoms mobile operator clients within mobile broadband IP solutions. Background in mobile solutions IP. Key role with this international mobie solutions vendor. Ideally you will have worked for a telecoms vendor or solutions provider. Strong understanding of IP, SIP and mobile broadband solutions and market.
Based in the south of England we require you to have knowledge and experience in the UK and European mobile telecoms market ideally.
Role Purpose
To design mobile broadband IP solutions for new customers as well as upgrades/updates of new functionality for existing customers.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for creating solution proposals in conjunction with regional and bid management staff of the products that need to be sold as part of an end to end solution.
Sizing the solution to ensure it meets the requested capacity so that the relevant Bill of Materials can be gathered for a solution proposal.
Understanding the capabilities of the product portfolio for the business area to be able to discuss current and new solutions with prospective customers.
Responsible for determining gap analysis and generating Change Requests on the relevant product(s) to meet the solution design.
Represents the solution capability to the customer as part of the sales process.

Experience in the mobile broadband sector with strong IP skills

Desirable Attributes
French spoken and written
Broader mobile telecoms knowledge IN, Core, Charging, VAS, Messaging etc..
Remuneration for the role of Solutions Architect mobile broadband IP
Base salary 55k to 80k
Commission (90/10)
