Job Description
You will be responsible for RF engineering oversight and project management of in-building and multi-building DAS deployments in your assigned region.
Your team will include several subordinate RF engineers.
Manage your projects to completion at or below budget.

Task Summary
With good engineering management you'll generate project proposals that include site surveys and the creation of designs using link budgets and RF propagation programs. You'll also write technical-proposal documents in addition to engineering and support documentation for project installation and implementation.
Assist Sales Department in customer meetings and in proposing solutions in presentations to prospective customers.
Work with customers during deployment of systems
Provide technical/functional guidance as necessary to your RF and Applications Engineering staff.
Provide marketing support and compose application notes and white papers
Contribute to your group's success by providing constructive feedback of existing processes, procedures, and design/management tools.

Requisites
BSEE or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of five years professional experience in RF network design to include some in-building DAS design experience.
Definitive experience project management desirable.
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to foster positive relations and interact effectively.
Willingness to travel within your assigned region.
