Details at least 3 years related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance
Familiar with office standard packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to handle in-depth technical issues
Familiar with MA5600, UA5000, MA5100/MA5103.
Familiar with Internet protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, Routing protocols, 802.1Q etc.)
Familiar with Data network VoIP H.248, MGCP TDM V5 Frame relay and ATM.
Designing, managing and troubleshooting fault in MSAN, DSLAM & RAN ADSLsystems.
