An opportunity has now arisen for a NETWORK QUALITY MANAGER (JAMAICA)

This is an all-encompassing role, who will be required to Plan, design, install and upgrade the transmission system in Digicel’s Network. Assist in the operations, maintenance and system support, analyze system performance for the purpose of effecting improvements.

The Network Quality Manager will also be involved in:

• Manage network nodes performance data collection
• Ensure data collection consistency across all networks
• Prepare Network Quality & Network Performance Reports (Weekly & Monthly) :
– Network Quality & KPIs, Benchmarking of Networks, Top 10 Listing in all categories
• Evaluate Performance & Quality Reports and recommend corrective action
• Audit networks and manage implementation of required improvements/corrective action
• Develop and implement Operational Processes & Procedures

In order to be a successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 8 years working experience with Ericsson GSM Mobile Telecommunications Equipment with specialization in network performance & quality. At least three (3) years working experience with Ericsson OSS and general Database administration. At least two (2) years working experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC). Successful completion of Ericsson AXE specialised GSM Mobile Training Courses
