Overview of the role of Bid Manager - MEA
You will take care of bids and proposals management for this international telecoms vendor. A background in Telecoms (mobile / fixed) Pre-Sales / Bids and Proposals Management is required for this role from a vendor e.g. Cisco, Oracle, Ericsson, Juniper, NSN, ALU, Huawei etc.. Line management responsibilities also. Middle East and Africa (MEA).

Key Responsibilities for the role of Bid Manager Egypt
Develop bid strategy and competitive positioning
Leads the Core Bid Team
Responsible for overall analysis of the opportunity
Develops and directs proposal
Bid sign-off and approval
Offer negotiations

Qualifications for the role of Bid Manager MEA - Egypt
-Understands key market evolution from end-user perspective, customer positioning, revenues & cost model
-Demonstrates a consistent understanding of how the organization generates profit and manages cost
-Global understanding of the Telecom industry
-Awareness of the major technologies & applications used in the industry as well as of the company portfolio
-Languages fluent in English Arabic and /or French would be a plus.
-5 to 8 years of pre-sales experience
-Ability to manage virtual team (leads, plans and organises activities of a virtual team on a specific bid)
-BSc Degree in Engineering / Telecommunication field.
