Details Currently we are looking for Implementation Managers - Must Speak Norwegian or Swedish with experience in Huawei equipments.

Location is Scandinavian Countries
Duration is 6 months extendable

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
*lead the planning and implementation of project
*define project tasks and resource requirements
*assemble and coordinate project staff
*plan and schedule project timelines
*track project deliverables using appropriate tools
*quality assurance
*constantly monitor and report on progress of the rollout to project manager
*present reports defining rollout progress, problems and solutions
*Subcontract management routinely


Education and Experience

Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following product and solutions Wireless solution including CDMA, UMTS Broadband network and IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP DSLAM, and DATA Optical Network including SDH, WDM Intelligent network including SCP,SMP,SDP,SSP.

knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

knowledge of project management techniques and tools

direct work experience in project management capacity

proven experience in people management

proven experience in strategic planning

proven experience in risk management

proven experience in change management

proficient in project management software
