GSM Optimization Expertise
Proven GSM Optimization experience ( 5 years with Ericsson equipment)
In deep knowledge on Ericsson GSM RAN Features (BSS R6 onwards)
In deep knowledge on Ericsson GSM RAN Performance Monitoring (STS counters and formulas)
Hands on experience on Traffic management for different Ericsson GSM configurations (Dual Band, HCS, OL/UL, SCLD, etc.)
Knowledge on MML commands to check and change RF Parameters
Hands on experience on OSS GSM RNO Package (FAS, NCS, MRR, CTR, MTR)
Hands on experience on GSM Frequency Planning (Frequency Planning Tools, BAR Files, ICDM)
WCDMA Optimization Expertise
Proven experience on WCDMA Optimization(3 years with Ericsson equipment)
In deep knowledge on Ericsson WCDMA RAN Features (Capacity Management, Channel Switching, HSDPA, EUL)
In deep knowledge on Ericsson WCDMA RAN Performance Monitoring (STS counters and formulas)
Knowledge on Ericsson WCDMA RAN Troubleshooting tools (GPEH, UETR)
Knowledge on Ericsson WCDMA Neighbor Optimization tool (WNCS)
Interpersonal Skills
Good interaction with customer team
