Customer support engineer (Senior Professional)

Main skills: The engineer will be based at the customer promisis, he should provide the on site support for all the issues related to HLS Apertio sold to OTA.

HLRi TAC2

Operation and maintenance of HLRi2.6 and @vantage commander8.5. With hardware Prime power 900 and Solaris9 O.S.

Handling of technical queries, fault reports, emergencies.

Generating technical reports for the customer.

Migrations HLRc to HLRi.

SW Updates on HLRi

Language : French /English

Start date : 01st December 09 Max

Duration : 6 months

Possible extension: 2 months
