Details ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled EDGE RNI and Planning Engineers to work in North Africa

Candidates need to have good experience from EDGE Dimensioning and Planning. Be able to synchronize radio activities with the core teams who would be managing the E2E investigation on the PS network and support activities.

Consultants need to have the following

- Deep understanding of the GSM/EDGE technology, of EDGE latest features and parameters and their interactions with other BSS features.
- Capable to manage a discussion with customer about EDGE implementation strategy (what inputs- forecasts for a proper EDGE dimensioning, translate marketing requirements into technical requirements)
- Participated in several EDGE optimization projects
- Good Knowledge of Business object, TEMS investigation top analyze EDGE drive test.
- Good knowledge of TEMS Automatic tool -family with EDGE BSC parameter setting/tuning in order to reach target EDGE KPI\'s level
- Good Knowledge of Business Object tool create reports/change KPI\'s formula.

Good communication skills, ability to work independently and closely with the end-Customer are other essential skills.

Ericsson Infrastructure experience is mandatory.
