Details * Candidate should be HNC / B.E / Equivalent in telecommunications or related subject

2 years experience in telecom industry
*

1 Year in an operations role in mobile network.
*

Good knowledge of GSM, GPRS & UMTS.
*

Operations Experience of digital cross-connect systems
*

To monitor the availability and performance of the Radio Access Network comprised of 2G, 2.5G and 3G equipment (BTS, Node-B, BSC, RNC, and Power) and all associated transmission infrastructure (radio and leased line).
*

To perform 1st line diagnostics resulting in remote restoration or in the raising of a trouble ticket to the appropriate resolving agency.
*

To provide fault co-op to resolving agents
*

Note - 24x7 Shift pattern on a 6-week cycle.
*

We need EU Nationals or HSMP Holder Candidates
