Details 3G RF Planning Engineer

New sites Database (Frequency & scrambling codes Planning, and Neighbors definition).
CCR preparation for new 3G sites.
Analyzing log files for 2G & 3G sites using TEMS Investigation 8.0.1, 8.2 & 9.0.
Post processing of drive test measurement.
Initial tuning for new 2G & 3G new sites.
Monitoring & optimizing KPIs of (2G & 3G) cellular network on cell & BSC level.
Excellent knowledge of GSM-3G overlay radio networks.
Responsible for 3G Re-homing activity.
Knowledge & experience in using BSS parameters.
Troubleshoot causes for drop calls, HO failure and congestion.
Use FAS & NCS for manual frequency tuning.
Preparing & delivering RF Acceptance Reports for new 2G & 3G sites for Customer.
Working on TEMS Cell Planner Universal 8.0.2 planning tool.
Automatic Frequency Plan using TCPU.
Working on Atoll planning tool.
Working on Ericsson radio network features (Dynamic power control, OL/UL subcell, intra cell handover, extended range, discontinuous transmission, Adaptive Multi Rate,
Intra-cell Handover, CLS, ACLC, HCS…etc).
Experience in Ericsson software releases GSM R7B, WCDMA R5 & RNC .
Working on MapInfo 8.5 & 2G/3G MCOM 5.7.
