We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and ambitious individual who has a strong passion in mobile telecoms to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. We are the leading provider in providing mobile application platforms to the worlds tier 1 and local mobile operators.

Particularly of interest are candidates who work for companis such as NSN, Ericsson, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson, Reliance, Comverse, Huawei, Logica etc.

Role Summary - Service Delivery Manager

Ensuring service delivery to our mobile operator customers
Ensuring your Programme and Project Managers are delivering high quality projects in time.
Managing the customers expectations
Contract governance
Responsible for Service Delivery across India and South Asia (Bangladesh, SR etc..)

Requirements for the role of Service Delivery Manager

Candidate must have in-depth experience of service delivery in a mobile solutions environement.
Candidate must have experience of handling customers expectations
Customer escalation point
Ensure contract governance and deliverables are met and the customer is getting what has been paid for
Negotiate where appropriate
Ensure on time delivery
Candidate must have strong communication skills and ability to forge excellent relationships with customer stakeholders and partners.
Preferably experience in managing the large scale and complex telecommunication projects.
